Excellent feedback from the Customer Conference

The customer feedback survey from the 2014 FlightDataPeople Customer conference held on 2nd and 3rd December has been excellent. The customer delegates enjoyed and contributed brilliantly in the interactive sessions and the guest speakers from British Airways, CityJet, RTI and SIRE were very well received. Paul Harrison, Technical Director opened the conference and welcomed the attendees. He said how proud he was of the FDM tool that he had developed over the years with BA and even prouder to see so many customers in the room for this, the first, FlightDataPeople Customer Conference held at our new offices in Crowthorne. A number of important issues were discussed and a clear roadmap for both FDM360 and SMS360 was agreed which will form the basis for the software development plan over the next year. Other important actions from the conference were to establish a Customer Steering Group, extend the website forums to include a “Safety Forum” for the exchange of Safety and FDM Information for our customers, produce a periodic email newsletter and provide training courses for safety and flight data analysts and managers.
